What does self-care look like to you? Is it taking time out for yourself? Is it being mindful? Does it mean finding peace in your emotional and mental wellbeing? Is it becoming more comfortable in your own skin? Is it living a healthier lifestyle? To me ALL of these things are important! Believe it or not all of these things are also connected to one another!
In order for you to be your best self you have to find balance in all these areas of life. It's no accident you ended up here! Seems as if we are searching and striving for the same thing to be the best human we can possibly be! I am not expert in the subject I'm learning as I go, and I want you to be a part of what I'm learning so maybe you can find something that works for you as well!
